Tasks
-Lead PM completion efforts and ensure accurate documentation -Serve as the primary point of contact for field support, providing assistance to technicians and designated clients. -Conduct site assessments (e.g., roof cleanliness, proper disposal of materials) -Perform truck inspections (cleanliness, equipment, PPE) -Climb ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs -Approve vendors for operational needs -Support training coordination for technicians -Impactful Work: Help commercial facilities run smoothly and efficiently -Verify quality of repairs and installations -Ensure team members have proper PPE and coordinate replenishment -Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with company standards -Assist with technician vacation planning and on-call scheduling

What You Bring
-Additional certifications such as NATE or HVAC Excellence are a plus -Familiarity with national accounts or multi-site operations (preferred) -Experience with industry software (e.g., ServiceTitan, FastField, ServiceChannel – preferred but not required) -3 - 5 years in a supervisory or lead technician role -Ability to work independently and manage time effectively -Meet enhanced security clearance requirements -Proficiency in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting: -Wear required PPE -Familiarity with light commercial equipment -Experience with preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and equipment changeouts -5+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience -Proven ability to manage teams, conduct audits, and ensure safety and quality compliance -Valid driver’s license -EPA Universal Certification (required) -Tech Tools: Company-issued cellphone and tablet -Lift up to 75 lbs and maneuver in confined spaces -Strong customer service and communication skills -Ability to pass drug, background, and driving record checks
