-Represent the consultancy at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums -Lead and deliver structural projects from concept through to completion -Manage and mentor a growing team of engineers and technicians -Build and nurture client relationships across the region, developing new business opportunities -Oversee quality assurance, technical excellence, and compliance

This is an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Structural Engineer who’s ready to take on a leadership role, someone who thrives on both the technical delivery and the business development side of consultancy work. -A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills -Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng/MEng) -Strong design and software skills (Tekla, Tedds; Revit/BIM experience beneficial) -Chartered Engineer status (ICE or IStructE) -10+ years’ experience in structural engineering, ideally in a consultancy setting
