Tasks

This position will involve active collaboration with our global team and providing support to international clients. It entails delivering top-notch security solutions to prestigious clientele. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering and expanding relationships with key clients in the region. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. -Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements. -Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Asia Pacific region. -Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. -Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks. -Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. -Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Convergint Technologies. -Proactively address and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. -Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align offerings with client needs. -Monitor and measure customer satisfaction levels. -Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and explore new business avenues. -Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and operational teams, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.

What You Bring

-Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions. -Bachelor’s degree in any field. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Experience with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems is advantageous. -Proven experience as a Strategic Account Manager or in a similar role within the technology or security industry. -Ability to travel as needed within the Asia Pacific region.
