Tasks

-Define and maintain a structure that supports scalability and business objectives. -Regularly review individual rep performance and implement coaching or corrective action plans where needed -Set and manage market-level budgets and headcount plans to support growth and efficiency. -Audit in-home sales processes for consistency and compliance across locations -Implement policies and procedures that ensure regulatory compliance and operational consistency. -Evaluate compensation structures and ensure commission plans align with company profitability goals. -Responsible for recruiting, developing, and holding accountable a commission-only sales force -Set vision and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. -Direct strategic planning and execution to drive revenue, margin growth, and operational excellence. -Ensure real-time sales data is being used to manage productivity and conversion rates. -Implement store policies, processes, and performance standards. -Establish realistic sales forecasts based on market trends, team performance, and promotional strategy. -Manage, support, commission-only in-home sales teams, ensuring accountability to sales goals and adherence to company process -Set KPIs and hold team members accountable for achieving business objectives. -Analyze trends and take corrective action to optimize team performance and results. -Identify talent needs, develop organizational capabilities, and mentor high-potential leaders. -Manage full P&L accountability, ensuring all targets are consistently achieved. -Monitor adherence and update frameworks as needed to align with strategic goals. -Ensure seamless integration of key initiatives and projects across regions. -Build a leadership pipeline within the team to support scale and succession planning. -Oversee the delivery of operational strategies that enhance revenue and EBITA.

What You Bring

-5-10 years of sales and strategic leadership experience, ideally within a retail/ home improvement/ window industry -Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. -Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. -5 years of In-home sales experience -Proven track record in growing regions and delivering against aggressive sales targets. -Adept at driving high-performance cultures and leading through change. -Skilled in budget management, policy development, and organizational design. -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) -Deep understanding of customer-centric sales strategies, especially in-home sales environments -Hands on experience with ERPs, CRMs and other software programs (Microsoft D365 a plus) to track sales performance and productivity -Expert in strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership. -Must have a valid driver's license and able to pass Criminal background, Drug test, and MVR check. -Proficient using tech devices -Strong ability to perform calculations involving percentages, discounts, interest, commissions, and basic geometric and algebraic functions. -Experience managing commission-only sales teams strongly preferred
