Implement and deliver social value programmes for Ridge projects across regions.

Tasks

-Provide thought leadership articles on key areas of social value -Attend functions and events in relation to community engagement. -Produce socially orientated project case studies. -Manage all social value programme costs, performance updates and escalations. -Collation, analysis and reporting of data to enable the assessment of performance against targets. -Collaborate with teams from across the business to design innovative social value projects relevant to each discipline. -Organise, promote, and manage stakeholder visits and associated programmes. -Work in partnership with a range of stakeholders to deliver programmes supporting our 4 strategic social value outcomes. Equitable Economy, Resilient Communities, Responsible Business and Environmental Stewardship -Adopt a proactive approach to improving performance and promoting Social Value to both internal and external stakeholders. -Establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders including the client, community groups, VCSEs, MSMEs, schools local to the project to promote and raise awareness of Ridge social value activities. -Assist and support in coordinating a structured programme of communications, PR and media relations promoting our social value projects. -Manage a portfolio of social value programmes attached to Ridge projects. -Support the bid team in the production of project specific community plans.

What You Bring

-Ability to engage and influence a range of key stakeholders. -Strong literacy skills and excellent attention to detail. -Must have experience of delivering social value activities -High level of communication skills -Confidence in meeting and working with a diverse range of people from a variety of backgrounds. -Excellent networking and relationship management skills. -Experience in a social value or CSR role within a government organisation, construction, professional services or training/skills background. -Experience within Sustainability -Strong analytical and data interpretation and project management skills.
