Overview

Design and estimate power distribution connections, liaising with customers and delivering designs.

Tasks

-Apply technical software and tools including MS Office, AutoCAD/MicroStation, surveying, and network analysis applications -Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on connection options and pricing -Develop accurate designs and cost estimates for overhead, underground, and augmentation projects -Coordinate design information and handover to delivery teams, ensuring technical clarity -Work directly with customers on-site to assess and define connection requirements -Ensure all work complies with NECF, TasNetworks standards, and safety requirements
