Tasks

-There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from supporting customers to facilitating groups -You’ll be helping our vulnerable customers in a variety of services across Hampshire County; you might find yourself working in accommodation-based services or possibly supporting our customers in a community or home-based setting.

What You Bring

-You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that. -You’ll have previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively. -You’re a real people person, confident to work in different services with different teams and get on with colleagues. -You’ll have experience of supporting vulnerable people, and to be brilliant, you have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and the desire to learn and make a difference to our customers lives! -Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans / doing mandatory learning / keeping in touch with colleagues.
