The Role

Overview

Oversee QA/QC for infrastructure and mixed-use projects in KSA, ensuring compliance with standards.

Tasks

-Support the handover and as-built documentation process, ensuring compliance with client requirements. -Monitor testing procedures for concrete, asphalt, utilities, and other infrastructure elements. -Maintain up-to-date QA/QC documentation and prepare periodic quality performance reports. -Review and approve method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and inspection reports. -Implement and monitor the project quality plan (PQP) and ensure full compliance across all construction activities. -Coordinate with contractors and project engineers to resolve quality issues efficiently. -Ensure that non-conformances (NCRs) and corrective actions are properly recorded, tracked, and closed. -Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards. -Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify the quality of work and materials.

What You Bring

-Minimum 12 years of relevant QA/QC experience, with at least 5 years in the Middle East (KSA preferred). -Proven background in infrastructure and mixed-use development projects under consultant supervision. -Strong understanding of international quality standards (ASTM, BS, ACI, ISO 9001). -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. -Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills. -Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent is an advantage. -Experience in preparing and implementing QA/QC plans, audits, and inspection procedures.
