Overview

Support HR ops by researching and summarizing employment regulations across APAC.

Tasks

-Support the HR team with other documentation or administrative tasks as needed. -Use web searches and AI tools to obtain preliminary information on HR regulations and employment practices in the assigned countries. -Organise information into clear and structured templates for internal use. -Flag areas where information may be incomplete, inconsistent, or require further expert validation. -Document insights on HR processes (e.g., hiring, onboarding, payroll, termination, statutory benefits, compliance requirements).

What You Bring

-Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and online resources for fact-finding. -Ability to read and write Chinese or Japanese will be advantageous. -Strong ability to search, read, and summarise information clearly and concisely. -Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
