The Role
Overview
Assemble plastic parts using various processes, inspect, label, and document production.

Tasks
-Report defects or issues to supervisor. -Document production and scrap on daily sheet including labels, production tags and hourly rate sheets. -Inspecting, labeling, milling, routing, punching, sanding, inserting, making, and packaging of plastic parts.

What You Bring
-While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk and stand for long periods and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. For specific jobs, employees may be required to wear a respirator or ear plugs. -Basic communication skills, both oral and written. -Previous experience in injection molding or manufacturing assemblies. -No previous experience is necessary to perform the Assembly Operator duties. -High School Diploma -Take and retain direction well. -Working safely at all time and compliance with OSHA standards. -Basic math skills.
