Tasks

-Team Spirit: Participate in regular social events for networking and team-building. -Contract Management: Administer and oversee construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements. -Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence. -Tender Process: Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents. -Collaboration: Work closely with the broader delivery team to ensure timely and efficient contract administration. -Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favorable terms. -Cost Control: Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
