Tasks

As an Account Manager, you will serve as project manager for assigned Lula customers. You will own and manage customer projects end-to-end and build strong customer relationships. You will serve as a trusted partner to your customers and our sales team. Monitor and manage customer’s jobs and proactively take care of any potential issues. managing multiple priorities. Provide in-house day-to-day support to our Property Managers.• Proactively address customer service concerns with confidence while knowing when to escalate Listen and talk on a phone headset/handset for up to 8 hours per day. drive proactive customer engagement. Drive adoption of additional Lula products as they are released. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Lula’s products and services. Problem solve issues over the phone and via email. Monitor customer health, service utilization, and trends in customer spending while using data to Conduct training webinars for end users of Lula’s platform. Drive continual product adoption and expansion of Lula’s solutions. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the property management industry. and partner with the leadership team. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the prospective customer

What You Bring

To be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy startup environment without being distracted. 3-5 years of experience in sales, client relations, customer service, or a related field. Able to balance working independently while being part of a team. Experience managing relationships in the Single-Family Rental space. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. emphasis on relationship-building and consistent demonstration of solid professional judgment. Ability to effectively manage time to maximize revenue. Property Management or Maintenance Experience is strongly preferred but not required.
