-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record -Iowa HVAC License (or the ability to obtain within the probation period) -2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience -EPA Universal Certification -Familiarity with chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV systems -OEM certifications (Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.) -Experience with educational, commercial, or industrial facilities -Relocation assistance or local commute to Davenport, IA -OSHA 10 certification or higher -High school diploma or equivalent -Ability to pass a drug screening
