Tasks

-Oversee the progress of new machine arrivals and deliveries, providing updates to Sales teams in Duxford -Book in machine and article deliveries, prepare dispatch documentation, and collate holiday forms -Convert work orders into job packs for the workshop -Process internal/external orders, invoices, and warranty claims -Issue necessary Construction Equipment (CE) certification from Immingham -Liaise with preferred suppliers and contractors on-site -Upload documents to SMT safety databases -Complete the Notification of Delivery routine and close cases when work is finished -Provide cover for the Team Leader as needed and adhere to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards

What You Bring

-Exceptional organisational abilities, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise with ease -Experience within the heavy machinery or construction industry -Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an order processing or customer service setting -Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for tracking progress and generating reports -Capable of thriving independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team -Post engineer's labour hours into the Integrated Dealer Management System (IDMS) -A keen eye for detail paired with strong analytical skills -Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
