Tasks

-Manage and motivate production teams, provide guidance, and foster a positive and productive work environment. -Liaise with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering) to align production with business needs and market demands. -Create and manage production schedules, allocate resources, and optimize workflows to meet demand. -Identify and implement process enhancements to improve throughput, reduce waste, and lower costs. -Oversee material procurement, inventory management, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations. -Implement and maintain quality control systems, ensuring products meet specified standards and resolve defects. -Estimate costs, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for cost savings. -Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

-Experience: Over 10 years in manufacturing operations, preferably in electronics or server manufacturing. -Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-volume production setting. -Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and ERP/WMS platforms. -Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement strategies. -Preferred experience in electronics/server manufacturing. -Proven experience in production, supervision, and production management. -Experience with Lean and Six Sigma certifications. -Demonstrated success in driving cost-effective operations and exceeding internal KPIs. -Education: BS in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. -Technical knowledge: Proficient in manufacturing processes, preferably with familiarity in server manufacturing. -Problem-solving and analytical skills: Proficient in identifying and resolving production issues, optimizing processes, and making data-driven decisions.
