Tasks
ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Investigator to be a part of a major project within the UK you will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload of both reactive and proactive non-complex alerts/ investigations -Updating and entering all investigative actions and recommendations to third party systems -Working a caseload of alerts from various proactive fraud identification systems with a view to determining the causation of the alert, minimising further loss and seeking recovery where possible. -Collaborating with other investigatory, compliance, audit and law enforcement bodies, both internally and externally. -Produce and present information to a variety of stakeholders, whilst enabling succinct investigation reports to be produced with minimal amendment. -Effectively interpret and evaluate information gathered during investigations, drawing conclusions in relation to offences/ breaches and to provide recommendations. -Managing in a timely manner an allocated caseload (appropriate to experience) of investigations relating to alleged unethical behaviour -Collating and producing reports highlighting and demonstrating the CBFE team’s performance that will be used both internally and externally.

What You Bring
-Experience conducting interviews of both suspect and witness, as well as taking statements. -Experience of investigation report writing resulting from internal HR investigations / criminal investigations, and the identification of lessons learned and recommendations. -Ability to conduct compliance/ ethics or fraud investigations. -Communicate effectively at different levels and provide concise and professional advice to the required audience.
