Tasks

-vous effectuez l'entretien des bâtiments (second œuvre), la maintenance et le dépannage courant des installations exploitées (climatisations, CTA, chaufferies, distribution eau, ...) ; -vous analysez les dysfonctionnements et réalisez les dépannages appropriés dans les conditions définies au contrat en termes de délais et de sécurité ; -Vous renseignez les supports de suivi d'intervention et transmettez les informations à votre hiérarchie ; -Vous accompagnez, si nécessaire, les sous-traitants éventuels ou les fonctions expertes internes supports aux exploitations. -vous effectuez les réglages nécessaires à l'obtention des consignes souhaitées (températures, ...) ;
