Tasks

-Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients -Apply your wealth of cost management experience to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures -Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value -Expertly negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors -Oversee key strategic client projects. -Act as the key account manager in the data centre team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust -Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership

What You Bring

-Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing -Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management within Data Centres -Are chartered and ideally a member of the RICS -Have 10+ years' experience in construction with previous cost management experience in the d ata centre sector -Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying -Have confidence to head up meetings with clients -Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun -Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment
