Tasks

-Organize and track important documents, packages, and correspondence, ensuring that no items are lost or delayed. -Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing physical and digital mail. -Track and manage electronic files and documentation, maintaining clear and accessible filing systems. -Dispatch internal requests, communications, and tasks to the appropriate team members or departments. -Accurately input and maintain data in internal systems, ensuring records are up to date and error-free. -Coordinate with various teams to ensure documents, data, and requests are handled accurately. -Provide general administrative support, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and preparing materials for virtual team meetings. -Work independently in a remote setting, managing your schedule and tasks effectively. -Act as a point of contact for routing requests, ensuring they are processed efficiently and in a timely manner. -Maintain accurate records of all mail activities and ensure timely processing of mail items. -Support the creation and updating of internal reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.

What You Bring

-Communication Skills: -Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing tasks and data. -Capable of handling multiple administrative responsibilities without compromising on quality or deadlines. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Previous experience in data entry, mail management, or administrative roles is preferred but not required. -U.S. residents only. Applicants must be based in the United States to be considered for this remote role. -Organizational Skills: -Communicate clearly with team members, managers, and other departments using email, chat, and video conferencing tools. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced virtual environment. -Ability to coordinate with team members effectively and maintain professional communication in a remote environment.
