Tasks

-Develop understanding of all our products to provide the best solution for our customer needs -Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution -Ensure accuracy when requests are logged, resolved and escalated where appropriate -Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance consumer relations and departmental productivity -Generate sales leads that develop into new customers -Work collaboratively with other departments to assist in the resolution of issues or request

What You Bring

-Computer literacy is required, good organizational skills, strong analytical skills and good interpersonal skills -Strong communication skills with an ability to quickly build rapport and maintain relationships -Ability to work well with others is required -1-3 years Contact Center experience -High School with Post-secondary education preferred -Problem solving/decision making skills -Excellent Customer Service Skills
