Tasks

-Organize and support workshops, trainings, and capacity-building activities for DWCDSW and stakeholders. -Facilitate knowledge exchange among internal and external partners for improved project outcomes. -Create and maintain a Knowledge Repository including best practices, reports, tools, guidelines, and success stories. -Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials to disseminate WEP knowledge products. -Develop and implement a Knowledge Management Framework, Plan, and SOP for WEP.

What You Bring

-Excellent networking and coordination abilities. -Experience in women’s economic empowerment initiatives in West Bengal preferred. -Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. -Minimum 7 years of experience in the public/social sector, with at least 5 years in a similar role. -Master’s degree in Public Policy, Administration, Management, Economics, Social Work, Rural Development, or equivalent certification in Knowledge Management from a recognized institution. -Transparent, participative, and willing to travel for field assignments. -Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills in English and Bengali.
