The Role
Overview
Afternoon receptionist handling front‑of‑house duties and admin support.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Raising client purchase orders and goods receipting upon request. -Respond to client requests by raising the reactive tickets via electronic Engineering Service Requests in line with SLA’s/KPI’s. -Arranging couriers and taxi’s for the client and visitors. -Assist visitors and clients in using meeting room AV systems. -Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training. -Host community event set up and support including decorating reception when required. -Assist sub-contractors sign in procedures, and ensure they conform to site requirements and CBRE procedures. -Maintain a customer delight mindset. -Welcoming staff and visitors to the site, issuing of badges and passes where needed. -Booking meeting rooms, ordering hospitality, answering the phone and email enquiries. -Creating Powerpoint slide decks for meetings; uploading PDFs to digital signage. -Follow required emergency procedures as documented and to respond accordingly during emergency situations. -Scanning mail and forwarding to relevant parties. -Report all hazards, accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies. -Assist with scanning paperwork to logbooks. -Answering phone and emails professionally -Ordering stationery and supplies via online system.

What You Bring
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Minimum 5 at GCSE English Language. -Customer service orientated -Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and computer literate. -Computer literate in all MS office applications -Professional presentation -Willingness to assist FM team as needed. -Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of an integrated site team. -Ability to prioritise workload to effectively -Excellent Microsoft office skills to assist with administration tasks, -Excellent spoken and written English -To be self-motivated and proactively seek out work. -Advanced Outlook and Powerpoint skills -Be a professional, well-presented corporate receptionist (corporate uniform clothing provided from a catalogue). -IT skills including MS Office -Experience in customer service role -Actively demonstrate strong Host values, with a customer delight mindset during all tasks. -This is a 5 days in the office afternoon receptionist role, working 1.15-5.15pm Mon-Fri -Ability to cover morning reception in staff absence for annual leave and illness. -Microsoft Office computer and admin skills -Organised, self motivated, welcoming personality.
