-Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, schedules, and budgets. -Lead and manage multiple steam turbine projects from initiation to completion. -Coordinate cross-discipline engineering, procurement, and field execution activities. -Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to performance, cost, and quality standards. -Prepare and present regular project status reports and executive summaries. -Manage change orders, claims, and project risk mitigation strategies.

What You Bring

-Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Strong contract, commercial, and risk management experience. -Proven track record in managing complex, multidiscipline projects. -Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/Power Engineering or related field. -10+ years of project management experience in power generation or heavy engineering. -Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
