Drive B2C/B2B smart mobility product strategy using data, research, and cross-functional leadership.

Tasks

-Serve as the connector across product, design, engineering, and external partners -Report findings, risks, and opportunities to support product roadmap -Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Power BI) to assess feature performance and user behavior -Ensure digital scalability and configuration readiness to support rapid iteration -Assess user data and financial metrics into roadmap prioritization and stakeholder reporting -Conduct financial assessment to evaluate feature investments and ROI -Influence seamless and user-friendly product experiences -Support pilot programs and early releases, analyzing feedback to refine product direction -Build dashboards and visualizations that combine behavioral and financial data for decision-making -Identify and evaluate opportunities for B2C and B2B commerce integration -Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature testing -Design and interpret A/B tests and multivariate experiments to validate product hypotheses -Lead interpretation of consumer research, surveys, and behavioral studies to uncover actionable insights -Assess trade-offs between user experience, technical complexity, and business impact -Support and drive the mobile product roadmap with a focus on strategic recommendations and business goals -Collaborate with UX/UI designers in Figma to develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes -Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics aligned with Product goals -Map customer journeys and pain points to inform feature prioritization and experience design -Conduct competitive analysis and trend research to inform product positioning and differentiation

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business management -Familiarity with gamification mechanics, engagement tactics, and behavior-driven design -Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments. -Exposure to financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis. -Proven ability to interpret consumer research and behavioral data. -Analytical Depth: Translates complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations -Experience in commerce integration, including checkout flows or vendor enablement -Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. -Collaboration: Excels in cross-functional and remote team environments -Strong Familiarity with SQL queries and interpreting complex datasets. -Comfortable working in new business development environments. -proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel). -Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and digital product delivery. -Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms (Dynatrace, Google Analytics). -5-10 years in a product analyst or digital strategy role. -Familiarity with start-up initiatives -Communicate product vision and progress through compelling narratives and presentations -Execution Focus: Drives clarity, momentum, and measurable outcomes -Experience with Figma or equivalent design collaboration tools.
