Tasks

-Risk & Delay Management – Identify potential risks and delays, collaborating with the project team to develop mitigation strategies. -Progress Monitoring & Reporting – Track project progress through site visits, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. -Programme Development & Maintenance – Create and manage a projects MEP programmes using Elecosoft PowerProject and/or Primavera P6, ensuring compliance with Kier's Planning Standards and contract requirements. -Programme & Supply Chain Reviews – Analyse subcontractor programmes, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and taking corrective actions as needed.

What You Bring

-Ability to create and deliver a fully logic linked MEP services programme from Pre-Construction through to handover. -Experience using Bluebeam software. -Collaboration & Lessons Learned – Lead coordination meetings, communicate key insights, and share lessons learned to improve project planning and execution -Advanced knowledge and experience on Elecosoft/Asta Power Project software. -Experience in working for either a Planning Consultancy or Contractor as an MEP Planner. -Exposure to NEC and JCT forms of contract. -Eligibility for Security Clearance.
