Tasks

-Be accountable for technical delivery and safety, to high-quality levels across multiple projects and programmes, acting as a point of escalation for resolutions of complex technical matters. -Lead an agenda of technical excellence and continuous improvement in the practice whilst being accountable for quality assurance standards in design. -Be a strategic partner for our clients, sought out by them as a go-to person within your technical field. -Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions. -Set our technical strategic direction for projects and bid proposals, as well as acting as a subject-matter-expert. -Accountable for quality assurance standards in design. -Grow, develop and manage our wastewater process engineering capability within the practice. Bring pioneering innovation, contribute to advances in knowledge and understanding, and provide vision and inspiration to others.

What You Bring

-A strategic and transformational mindset. -Nationally or international recognised subject matter expertise in your discipline(s), such as P removal (EBRP, Chemical, Novel Solutions), Treatment of emerging contaminants, Biosolids Treatment. -Multi-disciplinary integration and co-ordination experience and expertise. -Commissioning experience -Up to date knowledge of innovation and treatment technologies available to market, or near market deployment, capital and operational costs assessments, GHG reduction techniques, whole life carbon assessments as well as knowledge of UK environmental and CDM regulations. -Chartered Chemical / Process Engineer. -Influential and esteemed leadership, internally and externally.
