Assist Warranty Supervisor with assigning technicians to warranty calls when the warranty technician is not available

Implementation of Safety Department’s protocols
Confirm company QA/QC protocols are met
Startup and mechanical functional testing of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing equipment.
The employee may regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with different departments within ACCO
Mechanical system commissioning and testing.
Complete Startup and commissioning documentation.
Hold monthly safety meetings and enforce safety guidelines and procedures
Conduct Site Safety Inspections (SSI’s) on construction site
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods, stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule
Read and interpret Mechanical and plumbing prints, specifications and other construction contract documents
Mentor, train and develop future supervisors (succession planning) to meet current and future business needs.
Plumbing system commissioning and testing.
Balance workloads to keep appropriate skill level on jobs as needed
Maintain proper documentation of daily activities using project specific reporting procedures

Four or more years as a commercial HVAC Journeyperson Technician

Willingness and ability to attend ACCO and Union training sessions (signatory sponsorship will be provided to non-signatory applicants hired for the position).
Ability to utilize a personal computer.
