Contract Administrator

Overview

Manage contracts, finances, procurement, and compliance for a 20‑storey construction project.

Tasks

-Collaborate closely with site teams, accounts, and senior management -Facilitate quality assurance processes including inspections, RFIs, and documentation -Negotiate and vet contract variations and claims -Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial health of the project -Manage subcontractor and supplier communications to meet project timelines -Support safety compliance and WPHS regulations -Prepare and distribute project reports and documentation -Control order entries, invoice approvals, and payment certificates

What You Bring

-Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and compliance -Previous experience in a similar role on in a commercial construction environment - preferred -Experience with accounting software and construction management tools such as Procore -Degree in Construction Management or similar -Ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to detail -Strong organisational and time-management skills -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
