Tasks

-Develop and implement operational standards, best practices, and quality control processes to mitigate risk. -Build and maintain strong relationships with Project Managers, Business Units, and key industry contacts. -Actively solicit and act on client feedback to improve service delivery. -Lead and motivate a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. -Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with industry trends within Structures Transportation. -Deliver significant innovation projects with supporting business case and success metrics. -Drive the integration of new technologies to improve internal processes. -Identify and pursue opportunities for organic business growth. -Proactively identify and manage health and safety risks. -Support the growth and development of Team Managers. -Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Discipline's technical skills. -Promote a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. -Meet or exceed financial targets while ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. -Encourage the use of new solutions and showcase successful efficiency improvements.
