Tasks

-Develop and train subordinates to maximize performance and knowledge sharing within the team. -Guide suppliers and shippers on KSA Customs and SABER documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance. -Prepare documentation for Permanent and Temporary Import/Export shipments across all transport modes. -Work closely with project management, warehouse, and parts order management teams for timely preparation of Repair & Return shipments. -Resolve customs clearance issues in collaboration with the customs HUB team and ensure compliance with Saudi customs requirements. -Coordinate with the Chamber of Commerce for document attestation and manage logistics coordination with various stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate computer skills. -Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. -In-depth knowledge of logistics and SABER documentation processes for import/export shipments. -Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory. -Over 5 years of logistics experience in a service environment. -Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business, or equivalent experience.
