Tasks

-Collaborate with Risk Management to reduce liabilities and strengthen controls. -Design and deliver engaging training programs for all levels. -Champion safety excellence across asphalt paving, heavy construction, and aggregates operations. -Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement. -Lead safety committees and post-incident learning teams. -Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, TXDOT, and FMCSA standards. -Audit sites and road crews, investigate incidents, and implement preventative measures.
