-Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals -Establish positive relationships within the community -Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service -Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel

What You Bring

-Yardi software experience preferred -1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred -Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred -Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
