Tasks

-Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation, and data within ERP and logistics systems. -Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service performance. -Prepare and distribute transportation reports and performance metrics. -Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely pickup and delivery. -Timely and accurate execution of shipment planning and coordination. -Monitor, track, and trace shipments; proactively resolve service issues or delays. -Collaborate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to support logistics requirements. -Plan, schedule, and coordinate shipments to meet customer and business requirements.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with customs, trade compliance, and shipping documentation. -Understanding of freight rating, scheduling, and carrier service standards. -Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure. -Effective issue resolution and strong communication across teams and carriers. -Data accuracy and reporting integrity to support decision-making. -Professional certifications (e.g., CITT, SCMP, APICS/ASCM) considered an asset. -Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations (LTL/TL, domestic and international). -Organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. -Proficiency in logistics systems, ERP, and transportation management software. -Equivalent combination of education and practical logistics/transportation experience will be accepted. -Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. -Strong communicator and collaborative team player. -Customer-focused, reliable, and accountable.
