-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Proven experience in a continuous improvement role, preferably in the specified industry. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficient in using statistical analysis software and lean manufacturing tools. -Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt). -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent to 5+ years of experience with Continuous Improvement / Lean responsibilities. -Excellent project management abilities.
