We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in our Lehi or Salt Lake City office. If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, work on exciting projects, and make a meaningful impact, this opportunity is for you! -A track record of leading project teams and mentoring engineers and designers. -Knowledge of Utah drainage requirements and municipal design codes. -Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. -Must be able to work on active construction sites, which may include uneven terrain, exposure to varying weather conditions, and moderate to high noise levels. -A Professional Engineer (PE) License in Utah or the ability to obtain one within six months. -Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. -Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Strong proposal writing, contract management, and client management skills. -Proficiency in Civil3D design software. -A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. -Technical expertise in civil engineering services, including land development, utilities, grading, surveying, construction oversight, and planning. -Proven experience (7+ years) in land development/municipal projects. -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
