What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or closely related field) and fifteen (15) years of CEI experience, including five (5) years of relevant transportation/CEI project management; a Master’s in Engineering may substitute for one (1) year of experience. -Three or more current SCDOT certifications or ability to obtain in six months: ACI Field Testing, Asphalt, Earthwork and Base Course, Coarse Aggregate, Foundations, Concrete, CEPSCI, Pavement Preservation, IMSA -Valid driver’s license and ability to travel statewide to active construction sites. -Ideal candidate is a Professional Engineer (PE) registered in South Carolina. -Demonstrated experience with SCDOT policies, inspector certifications, procedures, and CEI documentation systems strongly preferred. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reports, client correspondence, and team coaching.
