Tasks

Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls, including security policies, VPN setup, and threat prevention Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operation of systems and networks. Provide technical support and collaborate with teams to implement infrastructure upgrades and maintain business continuity. Monitor system performance, conduct backups, and resolve incidents promptly Oversee storage systems administration for Synology NAS, QNAP NAS, and Dell SAN storage devices Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP Provide IT support for printers, network issues, operating system troubleshooting, and endpoint devices Support and maintain video conferencing and AV systems, specifically Logitech devices Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on infrastructure upgrades, projects, and continuous improvements Manage Cisco network devices (switches, routers) and Forti Switch configurations

What You Bring

Proficient in FortiGate firewall configuration and Cisco network device management Familiar with video conferencing technologies and AV system maintenance Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams Experienced in storage solution administration (NAS and SAN) Solid understanding of network security best practices and incident management Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus Strong expertise in Windows Server management and network protocols Skilled in IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networks Minimum 4 years of experience in system and network administration
