Tasks
-Builds knowledge base in order to solve common Revit, Navisworks, ACC and AutoCAD issues -Performs assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities requiring application of standard techniques, and procedures in carrying out computer aided design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tasks -Applies standard practices and techniques, adjusts and correlates data, recognizes discrepancies and follows design through a series of related steps -Leads BIM coordination meetings with architects and engineers, determines project setup requirements -Assists engineers with Revit issues, reports unfamiliar problems to BIM Lead for solutions -Updates REVIT Model and CAD Backgrounds, then notifies design team -Duplicates and check submittals under review of Engineer -Creates Revit projects on ACC, cleans and links AutoCAD drawings, adds required team members -Performs work assigned by BIM Lead under supervision and training -Coordinates and oversees deliverables. Works with the Administrative group and project to deliver set as expected -Prepares sketches and other activities of standard procedures and limited scope requiring knowledge of principles and techniques commonly employed -Copies, creates, and maintains detail libraries in Revit and PDF -Performs conventional designs, investigations, and surveys for which there are standard procedures -Works with BIM/CAD Coordinator from Architect and other sub-consultants to determine deliverable requirements -Takes calls from coworkers on Microsoft Teams with camera on -Files blueprints, catalogs, etc -Assist with conventional designs, investigations, and surveys for which there are standard procedures.

-The compensation range for this position is $21.65 to $26.45 per hour
