Overview

Manage campus recruiting events, ATS, intern program, and candidate outreach.

Tasks

-Coordinate, attend, and/or host campus recruiting events (career fairs, presentations, interview days, etc.) -Extend offers to intern and collegiate candidates; manage the follow-up communication with the candidate and answer questions about the compensation package -Facilitate internal recruiting update meetings with group managers -Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including candidate screening and dispositioning -Co-lead the Summer Intern Program -Coordinate/manage our office interviewing program (including facilitation of interviewer trainings and post-interview debriefs) -Source and screen candidates from our ATS as well as other creative sources (social media, professional organizations, referrals, etc.) -Research and report on different University programs as well as market, maintain and establish our brand on campus

What You Bring

-3+ years of professional work experience (agency or corporate recruiting experience preferred) -Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications -A strong and clear communicator: This individual will be responsible for communicating with internal/external clients via verbal and written communication as well as presenting, training and relationship building. -Bachelors Degree -Confident and influential: This individual will be expected to know their craft and deliver on their responsibilities and recommendations through their confidence and influencing skills. -A problem solver and critical thinker: This role requires someone who can use professional judgement to solve problems with limited daily supervision by using critical thinking skills and a fresh perspective. -Ability to travel (approximately 25% annually)
