Tasks
You will focus on providing exceptional customer service to current customers, whilst building a sales strategy to approach the market to develop new opportunities aligned to branch and company goals. You will also be partnering with key stakeholders across production, transport, and customer service. Training will be provided to an experienced Account Manager looking to further develop their career. -Build strong client relationships, manage accounts effectively, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service and results. -Engage with builders and regulatory bodies to stimulate interest in, increase knowledge and inspire them to use our products -Monitoring customer activity and market conditions for further opportunities and/ or risks. -Manage a sales portfolio and deliver strong performance. The role requires meeting sales and margin targets aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs). -Identify and develop business opportunities with industry stakeholders through strategic business development activity, research and industry networking events in the building area. -Liaising with internal sales and marketing teams within your business unit to connect channel partners with suitable customers to deliver solutions and outcomes -create and deliver innovative solutions that drive transformation in our business
