Tasks
-Collaborate to win: Partner with the Commercial and Design & Specification teams to shape client proposals and deliver standout solutions -Create and close opportunities: Generate, nurture, and convert opportunities through disciplined follow-up and commercial insight -Sell at senior level: Conduct persuasive, value-led strategic discussions with senior stakeholders, positioning Planteria as a strategic partner, not just a supplier -Deliver excellence: Ensure seamless handover to the Sales Support team, maintaining accuracy and client satisfaction throughout -Deliver outstanding pitches and presentations: Create and deliver high-impact, story-driven proposals that inspire confidence and secure client commitment -Own the hunt: Proactively prospect within your Platinum accounts - booking and leading high-quality strategic appointments (via direct outreach and BD support) -Champion creativity: Approve final proposals, ensuring they are bold, innovative, and perfectly aligned with client needs

-Proven experience in a B2B, new business focused sales role -Commercial sharpness and can see the bigger picture, spotting opportunities to add value and the creation of opportunities -Exceptional pitching and presentation skills. You can engage, influence, and persuade at board level -High emotional intelligence and are someone who builds trust and adapts your approach to different stakeholders -Outstanding communication and influencing skills with the confidence to sell to senior decision-makers
