Manage and deliver community benefit funds for grid projects
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Manage Community Benefit Fund budgets, -Procure and assure external support, -Evaluate and report on performance of Community Benefit Funds, -Manage and attend engagement events and initiatives, -Proactively identify communication issues and develop plans to address, -Coordinate the delivery of Community Benefit Funds across multiple grid development projects, -Assist in the implementation of the company’s enhanced approach to consultation, -Communicate effectively to customers and business stakeholders, (including senior management team), via meetings, presentations and reports, -Scope and cost the provision of Community Benefit Funds as part of a multidisciplinary team, -Assist in the development and delivery of our engagement strategy, -Provide additional assistance to team members, management and consultants as appropriate. -Assist in the development of a community engagement plan and maintaining of a stakeholder management strategy for the assigned project or projects, and

What You Bring
-Experience in external communications, including via social media platforms. -A minimum of 4 years relevant experience, including experience of working with the community and voluntary sector, and engaging members of the public. -An understanding of best practice in relation to working collaboratively with colleagues, customers and stakeholders. -Strong project management skills. -Direct experience of managing community benefit funds, corporate social responsibility programmes, or similar. -A track record of utilising excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills along with a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and work on their own initiative. -A relevant third level qualification (degree in Community Development, Communications, PR, Marketing, or Business). -An understanding of managing community impacts associated with infrastructure projects..
