Assist with loading, tagging, and handling of passenger baggage and resolve issues.

Tasks

-Direct and assist passengers with mischecked or short-checked bags -Ensures baggage tagging is correct -Handles misplaced/lost baggage claims and provides reports to Carriers -Screens all interline passengers prior to placing bags on the interline return belts -Evaluates customer’s need concerning airline locations

What You Bring

-Customer Service Experience -Must be 18 years of age or older. -Ability to read IATA tickets to determine flight departure times and connecting carriers -Resourceful when dealing with mishandled baggage by tracing and reuniting customers with their belongings -Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge -Ability to be empathetic, mindful and helpful to customers who have been separated from the belongings -Is able to meet the Station’s attendance standards
