Lead multifamily projects, manage design, coordination, client relations, and staff.

Tasks
-Attend and conduct presentations -Manage client relations and ensure client satisfaction, Coordinate with a variety of consultants -Develop & present appropriate technical solutions to stakeholders -Assist with creation and management of project schedules -Work proactively to resolve issues that arise between project, design, and technical objectives of the project, in coordination with Project Manager -Manage contract administration responsibilities -Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project -Seek innovation in design solutions in an ongoing spirit of curiosity and increased project performance; Maintain awareness of, and appropriately apply, new methodologies, practices, codes, and products -Provide leadership to staff; Assist with leading project studio team members, leveraging strengths, and providing mentorship -Execute coordination and integration of architectural and consultant documents -Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables

What You Bring
-Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together -Ability to present information clearly and interact with clients, including a variety of consultants and contractors. -Experience coordinating and leading projects teams -Understanding of building and accessibility codes; Acumen for how things are built and constructability -Experience with Type III and/or Type V Construction projects preferred -Bachelors and/or Masters of Architecture Degree from a NAAB accredited architecture program or equivalent -Demonstrate understanding of appropriate industry standards and construction practice -Revit proficiency and technical excellence -7 years of experience in Commercial design (with 5 years of experience in Multifamily required)
