Workspace Experience Manager

Overview

Oversee daily operations, member experience and team leadership across two Melbourne clubhouses.

Tasks

-Manage and mentor your team, creating a culture of collaboration, feedback, and personal growth. -Be the key point of contact for members — from onboarding and relationship management to resolving concerns and celebrating wins. -Lead two vibrant Melbourne clubhouses and mentor a team in a fast-growing, values-led business. -Coordinate with landlords, building management, and contractors to maintain building standards. -Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to deliver engaging events and community experiences. -Support Hub’s B Corp and Carbon Neutral impact initiatives through on-site leadership and participation. -Oversee OHS and risk practices to ensure a safe and welcoming workplace. -Lead daily operations, including workspace, café, serviced meeting spaces, and events. -Track retention and occupancy metrics, lead renewal conversations, and support the sales team with workspace tours. -Own clubhouse P&Ls, manage budgets, and ensure operational efficiency.

What You Bring

-Has 4+ years' experience in customer-facing environments like coworking, hotels, or hospitality-driven spaces, with 2+ years in a leadership role. -Is confident in managing budgets, reporting, and day-to-day operational logistics. -Has experience with Level 1 IT and AV troubleshooting to support smooth clubhouse operations. -Brings strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, staying calm and solutions-focused under pressure. -Communicates clearly and professionally across all levels.
