The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project execution by managing workflows, timelines, and documentation. This role ensures effective coordination among teams, timely completion of deliverables, and proactive issue resolution to keep projects on track. -Prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up on commitments. -Ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones. -Track risks and assist in mitigation planning. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time. -Monitor and update project workflows, timelines, and task assignments. -Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to project leads for resolution. -Document meeting outcomes and ensure accountability. -Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain progress. -Issue Identification & Escalation -Prepare and distribute reports for project leads and stakeholders. -Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, action logs, and status updates.
