MSP designs, builds, and delivers modular battery energy storage systems for both on-grid and off-grid applications.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients including data centres, industrial parks, and telecom operators.
  • Represent MSP at industry events and engage with regulators, partners, and financiers.
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored multi-source power solutions (solar, battery, diesel, grid).
  • External stakeholders including EPCs, technology providers, regulators, and commercial clients.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across key sectors.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving commercial growth in the energy sector? MSP is looking for a Business Development & Account Manager to lead our expansion across industrial, commercial, telecom, and institutional markets.

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) or certifications (PMP, CEM).
  • 5–7 years’ experience in business development or strategic sales, ideally in energy, infrastructure, or technology.
  • Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months, max 6 points).
  • Proven success in securing high-value B2B contracts.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Legal right to work in the UK (DBS check required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, Economics, or related field.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy systems and energy-as-a-service models.
