What You Bring

We’re looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Senior Manager to lead the design and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs for medium to large-scale operations across various sites within Racine. -Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. -Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 5–8 years of HSE management experience, or equivalent education and experience. -Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and motivate teams.
