Sell construction/forestry parts, provide service support, grow relationships in Edmonton.

Tasks

-Visit customers in Area of Responsibility (AOR); a minimum of 1 visit per month -Follow up on customer concerns and communicate effectively to the appropriate Management Team -Implement yearly territory plan including a customer target list to maximize sales potential -Follow-up with customers on unit and machine performance -Regularly prospect and cold call new accounts to discuss new promotions and programs -Assist the Parts & Service departments to increase profitability and performance -Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction -Keep customers current on new products and services -Develop prospective customers with a goal of 2 per month -Maintain and utilize the database records related to each customer including sales meetings, opportunities, quotes, notes, and any other documentation as required -Maintain cleanliness, scheduled maintenance, and inventory for the company vehicle -Work cooperatively with management to meet and maximize budget goals and expand customer base by presenting and implementing new marketing strategies -Participate in all required training and development opportunities -Gather competitive product and pricing information and supply to management
