Tasks

-Generate and present status reports -Monitor and adapt project performance -Lead project lifecycles—planning, execution, delivery -Draft municipal infrastructure plans -Manage, develop, and maintain municipal client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor -Attend evening meetings as necessary -Use demographic, growth, transit, and environmental data to guide designs -Collaborate with officials, community members, and internal peers on solutions -Liaise with clients, teams, and stakeholders to align objectives -Create project plans, schedules, and budgets -Backfill municipal teams during transitions and assist onboarding

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s in a relevant technical field -Certifications or ability to obtain them (e.g. PMP or municipal planning credentials) -Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining municipal client relationships -= 4 years of project management experience within the AEC industry -= 8 years of relevant AEC industry experience, including internships -Strong project software, computer, communication, and organizational skills -Municipal planning experience (comprehensive planning, ordinances, zoning) -Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects collaboratively
